1. cutting /sawing , we have three double head saws for cutting 

 2. punching ,we have total 12 punching machine ,including 2 automatic machines 

3. expanding and perforating , it can be acheived by punching machine .

4. laser cutting 

5. drilling , we have 4 driling machines , and one is automatic machine .

6. milling 

7. powder coating , our powder coating line is 60 meter long and we are approved factory of ALEXTA (before name is DUPON)

8. welding , we have 12 welding machines and one robot 


 

Quality control 
 

Material - our aluminum extrusion are made by standard aluminum ingots of aluminum 6063 /6061 .we test the hardness of all aluminum extrusion , it should be above 12t . and we have exact surface requirements : no obevious scraches and machine line .

cutting - our machine is double saw machine , make exact length to keep the exact punching or drilling 

welding - we have welding line test to make sure the welding can match the strength requirements of special products 

powder coating - before powder coating we test the pre-treatment liquids to make sure they are OK for pre-treatment . During powder caoting , tempreture testing make sure our tempreture is stable and over 10 min 200ºC  ,after powder coating , surface film testing and boiling water and cross cut test make sure our powder coating warranty .

  - No , but the less you order , the more cost per units .

4. What's the leading time ?

   - usual 25 working days , our schedule for checking : mould making 7-14 days , extruding 7- 14 days , other processing : 7- 14 days . we will send pictures of every step to you for checking

5. What's the warranty ?

   - aluminium extrusion is lifelong warranty , powder coating is 5 years and 10 years warranty

6. Samples are free ?

   - yes , aluminum extrusion sample is free ,finished products - hand sample is free .
