1. Production Introduction:
Waste incinerator is a kind of waste treatment method, Incinerators reduce the solid mass of the original waste by 80-85% and the volume reduced by 95-96%. The highest temperature of incinerator runing can reach 1100-1300 degrees Celsius, which can achieve the effect of sterilization and disinfection. There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after waste be burning.

2.Production Application:
a. Medical waste: syringes, needles, gloves, straps, gauze, blood vessels, organs and other infectious waste.
b. Industrial waste (polymer waste): Plastic PE, PU, rubber (tire), Styrofoam, PET bottle, fiber, foam, cloth, bags, resin, acrylic, leather, Wood flour, urea powder, melon cloth, tapes, paints, polymers and so on.
c. General domestic garbage: cardboard, paper scraps, sawdust, leaves and so on.

3.Working principal:
There are four chambers, two combustors for friendly environment in waste incinerator. There will be no smoke, no smell, no pollution after be burning.

a. primary combustion chamber
It is Primary pyrolysis gasifying, Organic matters in the waste would be decomposed into combustible gas in pyrolysis gasifying method.
b. second combustion chamber
The temperature of secondary combustion chamber should be controlled above 850ºC, and the residency time more than 2s.
c. mixture of combustion chamber
Turbulent combustion would remove black smoke and peculiar smell thoroughly. Dioxin and other toxic and harmful objects would be inhibited to produce from the source.
d. smoke purification chamber
There is an gas absorbtion chamber, it can absorb the gas again.
e. chimney
it can cool down the tempreture of gas.
