Activated Carbon Pleated G4 Pre Filter

Description:

Filter efficiency: 90-92% @ 5micron 
Filter class: G4
Media: 100% activated carbon media
Max operation temperature: max continuous operating temperature of 1750F (80 ºC)
Max humidity: 100%
Initial resistance: 45pa
Recommended final resistance: consult factory. Rule of thumb, change filter when the initial pressure drop doubles
Frame: aluminum or cardboard
Protect net: Galvanized mesh(single or double side)
Standard quantity of fold: 595 wide with 17 folds, about 3.5cm distance for one fold. (We can also make the folds as your requrement)
 

Advantage:

1. Adopt double side steel wire net rust prevention, pleated structure, no easy deformed when using.
2. Sealed connection between filter media and frame, protect air leakage
3. Pleat type for media can give large dust holding capacity;
4. Pleated structure can increase the filtration area, raise the dust holding capacity, lengthen the worklife
 

Application:
The filters are designed for solving the problem of corrosion and odor contamination (VOCs, SO2, No2, H2O, Ammonia, NMP, HCI, HF, H2SO4, Ozone) in industrial environments. There are 3 types of air filters available which offer some level of AMC removal.
