High Quality Ton Bag Unloading Machine Ton Bag Unloading Equipment Manufacturers Direct SalesFirst of all,manually operate the button to move the electric hoist or use the lifting tools, such as the customer's own travelling crane, to move the cross hanger to the top of the jumbo bag.  Then hang the bag rope on the  cross hanger and lock it to ensure that the bag rope will not fall off.  

Manually control the electric hoist to lift the ton bag to the appropriate position, run along the walking guide rail to the right altitude of the unloading area, align the unloading port.  Manually pull the unloading port of the bag to the entrance of the unloading valve and press the bag clamping button.

At this time, the cylinder of diacharging valve will lock the  discharging mouth below of the jumbo bag. and then manually pull down the discharging mouth from the valve and covering the outside circle of the discharging pipe. Which is connected with a sealing box or a buffer bin. 

Lastly, press the pneumatic control switch of the pressing bag mechanism to make the sealing flange drop and press tightly on the discharging pipe,  to seal the discharge channel and  prevent dust leakage in the following discharging process.  Then, manually release the jumbo bag,  close the door of discharging valve controlling chamber , the whole preparation unloading preparation process is over.
