1) The formed shaft is made of 45# steel and the outer circle is finely ground to make the shaft and wheel fit well.

2) The materials of the forming rollers are optional, including 45# steel, bearing steel and Cr12. The processes include quenching, hard chromium plating and fine grinding of the inner hole.High hardness and long service life
