High concentration acid fixing agent

[Product introduction]

The acid fixing agent sd-3031t is mainly composed of aromatic sulfonic acid polycondensate. It is a kind of high efficient fixing agent specially used in dyeing and printing of nylon and its blended fabrics.

[Features and advantages]

1.Improve the washing fastness of all nylon and other blended fibers after dyeing and printing.         2.It does not affect the shade of most dyed fabrics, and can be used for fixation treatment of most bright colored fabrics.            
3.Prevent the contamination of the exposed part of nylon printing cloth.            
4.Adapt to work under strong acid conditions.
 

[Application range]

Reference amount of acid fixing agent 1-3% (adjust pH value of working solution 3.0-4.0)            
Reference process 75-85 ºC * 15-20min  
          
Note: the cationic / nonionic leveling dyeing agent and floating color must be cleaned before fixation to avoid affecting the fixation effect.           
Printing fabric should be fully washed and alkali washed before fixation, so as to avoid affecting the fixation effect of acid fixing agent.
 

[Packing and storage]

50kg and 120kg plastic drums (lined with plastic bags);            
It should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to prevent heating and exposure. The shelf life is 6 months.
