Product Description:
CPVC is a new engineering plastic with wide application prospect.Resin is a new type of engineering plastic, which is made by chlorination modification of PVC resin.The product is white or light yellow tasteless, odorless, non-toxic loose particles or powder.After chlorination of PVC resin, molecular bond irregularity increased, increased polarity, the dissolution of the resin increased, increased chemical stability, thereby improving the heat resistance of the material, acid, alkali, salt, oxidant corrosion.The mechanical properties of the thermal deformation temperature of the resin were improved, the chlorine content increased from 56.7% to 63-69%, the vica softening temperature increased from 72-82 ºC to 90-125 ºC, the highest service temperature was up to 110 ºC, and the long-term service temperature was 95 ºC.

Application:
1) Pipe material: CPVC is mainly used for the production of plates, bars and pipes to transport hot water and corrosive media. It can maintain sufficient strength when not exceeding 100 ºC and can be used for a long time under high internal pressure.The weight of CPVC is 1/6 of that of copper and 1/5 of that of steel, and it has very low thermal conductivity. Therefore, the pipes made of CPVC are light in weight, with good thermal insulation performance, and do not need heat preservation.

2)CPVC pipe can be used as hot waste water pipe, electroplating solution pipe, thermochemical reagent pipe, wet chlorine gas pipe of chlor-alkali plant.

3)Injection parts: CPVC resin can be used to produce pipe fittings for water supply, filter materials, dehydrator, etc., as well as electrical and electronic parts.Such as wire trough, conductor cover, electric switch, fuse cover, cable insulation material, etc.

4)Calendered sheet: can be used to manufacture chemical and corrosion resistant chemical equipment, such as reactor, valve, electrolytic cell, etc.

5)Composite material: CPVC composite material composed of CPVC and some inorganic or organic fibers has good impact resistance and better heat resistance than other resin composite material, can be made into plates, pipes, corrugated plates, profiles.

6)CPVC can be used to modify the PVC fiber: the washing and drying temperature of domestic PVC fiber should not exceed 60 ºC, adding 30% CPVC when spinning the PVC can greatly improve the product's heat resistance, and the shrinkage rate can be reduced from the original 50% to less than 10%.

7)Foam material: the heat resistance of CPVC foam material is better than PVC foam material.High temperature shrinkage is quite small, can be used as hot water pipe, steam pipe insulation materials.Chlorine content of CPVC is more than 60% of the solvent is quite good, CPVC can be placed in the heating can produce gas in the solvent foaming, can get uniform, microporous foaming gas, can be boiling point of 50-160 ºC hydrocarbon, ether, aldehyde and other solvents as foaming agent.

8)CPVC blended with thermoplastic or thermosetting plastics can significantly improve the physical and mechanical properties of these materials, such as the heat resistance of the products.
