Notes
1. Before using these products, users shall confirm whether the products are suitable for their own designs.
CETC only ensures that the products meet the requirements of the product specification.
2. The storage time is less than 12 months, and the storage conditions (temperature 5 ~ 40ºC, humidity 10 ~
70%RH) require full attention. If the storage time is exceeded, the solderability of the terminal electrode
may deteriorate.
3. These products cannot be used in humid environment such as water or other fairly liquid, because the
insulation strength will be very low under wet conditions.
4. The temperature of component depends on the design of circuit, the placement of components, sizes and
thickness of PCB, airflow and cooling device. It needs to be checked in the final application.
5. Any revision in the specification should be confirmed by both the supplier and the customer, otherwise the
revision is invalid.
6. It is suggested that the height of tin climbing should be 1/2 of the electrode
7. It is required that the temperature in reflow soldering furnace should not exceed 245ºC
