1. Quotation--how long does it take?

A: Usually we will send the quotation within one working day according to your enquiry request on the products. If it's urgent, we can quote for you within 2 hours based on the details you provide.
 

2. Bulk order--how long does it take?

A : Normally 7-15 working days according to your quantity and requirement. Rush order is available.
 

3. Pre-production sample--can I see?

A : Of course! As your request, we make the pre-production sample for confirmation, then the bulk order will be started based on the agreement.

4. Pre-production sample--how long does it take?

A: Once receiving the sample fee, material & design being confirmed, sample order normally takes 3-7working days. Express delivery usually needs 3-5 working days.
 

5. Factory visiting--is it convenient?
