1. Summary
1.1 Main Purpose and Applicable Range
   This product is applicable for adult patients with standing function disorder caused by paraplegia, cerebral palsy and hemiplegia, etc. to implement standing training. The patient can implement stranding training for prevention and treatment of diseases of Osteoporosis, decubitus and Cardiorespiratory Function Decreasing, etc.

3. Application Method
3.1 Type 01Standing Frame
3.1.1 Loosen the right bolt of the back bracket 10; raise the back bracket to be vertical. The patient goes into the front inner chamber of standing frame in wheelchair. The physical therapist and nursing staff put the patient's feet on pedal 1.
3.1.2 The physical therapist and nursing staff help the patient stand; wrap the patient's hip with hip cushion and fastening belt and buckle to the fastening belt column to help the patient stand.
3.1.3 Adjust the table-board height and chest bracket to make the patient feel comfortable. All the components are adjusted and locked by bolts.
3.1.4 Adjust the lap bracket to make patient's lower limbs stand straight.
3.1.5 The patient puts the arms on the table-board. When implementing the standing training, he can also do some writing exercise.
3.1.6 After standing training is finished, the physical therapist and nursing staff should remove the back bracket or reverse it. And then loosen the hip cushion and fastening belt; help the patient sit in the wheel chair and place the feet on the wheel chair footplate; move the wheel chair out of the standing frame.
3.2 Type 02 Standing Frame
a) Loosen the hip cushion and fastening belt, the patient goes into the front inner chamber of standing frame in wheelchair. The physical therapist and nursing staff put the patient's feet on the ground make the laps lean against the lap cushion 2.
b) The physical therapist and nursing staff help the patient stand completely with hip cushion and fastening belt.
c) The patient put the arms on the elbow cushion. When implementing the standing training, he can also do some writing exercise.
d) After the standing training is finished, the physical therapist and nursing staff loosen the hip cushion and fastening belt; help the patient sit in the wheel chair and place the feet on the wheel chair footplate; move the wheel chair out of the standing frame.

4. Precautions
4.1 Before using the ambulation trainer, the physical therapist should read the "User's Guide"; be familiar with the product function, requirements and application method; test the product with no-load operation to verify that the product is in good and normal condition for using.
4.2 Patients should implement the standing training under the guidance of physical therapist and with the help of nursing staff.
4.3 The standing training should comply with the principle of "Step by Step"; the training time should be increased gradually.
4.4 When implementing the standing training, the hip should be wrapped closely by hip fastening belt without moving.
