1.The press offered is a SHORT STROKE self contained, oil hydraulic, vertical acting, single action type for extrusion of aluminum and its alloys.
2.The main cylinder shall be made of FORGED steel 35# (ultrasonic tested) houses, the main ram cylinder, 2 side cylinder, 2 container cylinder and 4 corner point pivot holes for 4 tie rods of   42CrMo steel forged and pre-stressed to provide maximum tension loads. The end platen made of solid cast ZG35 with 4 corner point pivot holes as anchor points for the 4 tie rods to set up a stable rectangle structure with the Cylinder platen. A central elliptical opening inset with a heat treated and hardened H13 pressure ring to bear pressure against this platen and allow exit of extruded profiles
3. A fixed dummy stem is rigidly fastened to the front end of the Cross head by means of a tapered sleeve providing for easy exchange. The Cross head is supported on a flat harden base way throughout its stroke. The hardened flat base way is key positioned and fastened to the welded structural machine base for easy renewal changes.
Fastened to the cross head is a precision grinded chill casting main cylinder piston for easy change and durable use. Housing this main cylinder piston is a QT-500 cast steel housing molded with a pre-fill valve casing to allow rapid decompression and return of oil to the upper oil tank
4. This machine is from the extrusion machine back on the rod way
5. Feeding using up and down mobile after the rod mode;
6. Feeding mechanism uses full synchronous servo drive, servo motor adopts Eston brand;
7. Manipulator movement by the roller support, the use of servo motor driven rack drive;
8. Pushing rod action using telescopic oil cylinder to push the aluminum rod inside the ingot cylinder;
