Scrap Copper and Aluminum Separating Wire Cable Granulating Machine Recycling Machinery
Application of Copper Wire Granulator:
Copper granulator can process various kinds of scrap wires and cables, such as automotive wires, communication cables and other miscellaneous wires and cables with the suitable diameter of less than 20mm, single conductor with diameter of 0.2-0.3mm is best.
Description of Copper Wire Granulator :
Copper cable granulator is designed for recovering copper granules from various scrap wires and cables. It combines chopper, separator and dust collector into one unit, which is easily controlled by electricity control panel. The machine adopts air and vibration instead of water to separate copper granules and plastic pieces, having high recycling rate. The plastic pieces can also be recycled.
PNCR copper cable granulator adopts advanced design, rational structure and reliable operation. The characteristics of the production line can not only deal with thick wires which the normal crusher can process, but also the very thin wire has good separation effect. The present production line by feeding conveyor belt, heavy duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, hydraulic Station and electrical control cabinet and other components.
The waste cables or wires will become plastic pellets and copper particles after been crushed. The mixed will jump and move ahead like wave type on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlet areas.
Each step is controlled by the PLC program, started and stopped by one button. The operation interface video display the working condition of the important parts, and intelligent display the equipment failure.The max. diameter of scrap cable is 60mm. It is easy to operation and maintenance, the separation purity can reach 99% with single copper core of diameter ≥0.2mm and the input capacity around 300-500 kg/hr.
