Horizontal plastic dewatering machine
* Description
* This horizontal plastic dewatering machine is designed and made by Mooge which is a necessary machine for drying the waste rigid plastic such as HDPE PP bottle flakes and PET bottle flakes in plastic recycling washing line with good effect.
* This horizontal plastic dewatering machine is actually very similar to the high speed friction washer machine. A long shaft is mounted on the center of the dewatering machine with many paddles and panels. Surrounding the shaft is a mesh screen drum, and the entire parts are encased in a steel container while an electric motor is mounted.
* When the material is fed into the dewatering machine, the shaft with about 1500 rpm throws the material outwards against the mesh screen. Water will be removed and the material will go to next step.

* Transportation and Packing
• For the loose cargo we will packing by wooden box.
• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly.
• We can ship the goods by air or by sea.
• We will send pictures of cargo loading to our client to check and keep recording.
