Q1: Are you a manufacturer? 
A1: Yes, we have more than 10 years in water chiller business. New plant was bulit in 2017 in Guangzhou Economic&Technological Development Zone. Welcome to visit us anytime!

Q2: Could you help us to recommend the model for our project? 
A2: Yes, we have engineer to check the details and make the scheme for you. Based on the following:

Q3: How to ensure your product with good quality? 
A3: We use the well-know brand accessories, such as Hanbell , copeland, danfoss compressor, Emerson expansion Valve, Siemens controller.  All SANHER chillers are factory tested under load conditions to ensure good quality and easy installation for users.

Q4: What's the warrenty? 
A4: 1 year warrenty for free if confirmed by both side damage in the quality reason. 

Q5: Whats your payment term?
A5: We accept TT, LC, Western Union, etc. Normally ,30% deposit for production, 70% balance before shipment.
