Product Description

It is white flammable fine powder,no smell and with specific gravity 1.095. It can dissolve in hot common solvent and acids, but not in water, ethanol or aether. It will become to glue when cooled after being heated in the organic solvent and be decomposed to stearate or salt when meet strong acid and can absord moisture in air.

Function

Zinc stearate can be used as a heat stabilizer. Lubricant; Grease; Accelerator; Thickeners, etc. For example, it can be used as a heat stabilizer for PVC resin. Used for general industrial transparent products; With calcium soap, can be used for non-toxic products, generally this product is used for soft products, but in recent years has begun to use hard transparent products such as water bottles, water pipes and other products, this product lubricity is good, can improve the phenomenon of deposit precipitation, also can be used as lubricants, mold release agent, and paint leveling agent, paint additives.
