Working principle of manual variable axial piston pump:The main part (see structural section) is driven by the drive shaft to rotate the cylinder block, so that seven pistons evenly distributed on the cylinder block rotate around the center line of the transmission shaft, and the slippers in the column sliding component are pressed on the variable head (or swash plate) by the central spring. In this way, the plunger moves reciprocally with the rotation of the cylinder block to complete the oil absorption and oil pressure action.
In order to change the flow rate of the manual variable pump, the regulating hand wheel is turned by external force, and the adjusting screw rod is rotated to drive the variable piston along the axial direction. At the same time, the variable head is driven to rotate around the center to change the inclination angle, so as to achieve the variable purpose. When the required flow rate is reached, the lock nut can be tightened.
When the adjusting hand wheel is turned clockwise, the flow rate decreases. When the adjusting hand wheel is turned anticlockwise, the flow rate increases. The percentage value can be read roughly from the dial. When changing the flow rate, unloading operation is necessary.
