For shipping, your express account providing would be preferred, if not, we will ship by our own forwarder which freight is borne by you.

 A:In 2 days, usually we have stock. If one item is out of stock, the delivery time would be in 30-40 days.

 A:FOB Zhongshan port for the order value over USD5000; If the order value is less than USD5000, ex-factory.

We accept T/T,L/C, Payoneer,Paypal,Western Union,Trade Assurance. Payment terms is 100% full payment upon order confirmation and before shipment. For customized orders, 30% deposit upon order confirmation,70% balance before shipment is needed.

 A:All of our products, the material pass RoHS test. According to customer's requirement, we can apply certifications such as RoHS, CE, REACH, etc for the finished products, application fee will be borne by customers.

 A:For any complaint which caused by KINGJOY products quality problem, we offer free components or new replacements. We would like to send the components and replacements in your next shipment.
