Multi-disc thickener belongs to continuous rotary thickening equipment, mainly used for dewatering and concentration of mechanical wood pulp, waste paper pulp, reed pulp, bamboo pulp and straw pulp, etc., which has low freeness, short fiber or high density.
Main Parts Introduce:
Cylinder drum: Stainless Steel / Carbon Steel / High wear resistance plastic sheet whose function is to encourage the slurry to concentrate and dehydrate on its surface.

Slurry tank

Press roll
The pressure roll is a roll covered by rubber, with a sealing groove at both ends, two ends are equipped with lever pressurizing device to exert pressure on the circular mesh to strengthen the pulp layer dehydration and improve the pulp yield.Adjustment nuts are arranged on both sides of the bearing at one end of the press roller for assembly adjustment.
