Drilled Screen Basket
Drilled screen baskets are used mainly in pre-screening processes, but also in other applications.
Drilled screen baskets are manufactured with CNC-controlled, multi-spindle drilling/milling machines. It can optionally have breaker bars or a reject spiral, and there are different profile types and open areas available for all applications and process requirements.
Drilled screen baskets can be installed in all screens, including rotating screen baskets.

Wedge bar material is SUS316L and will no fiber string after mechanical polishing,while good machining ensures matching of wedge bar and reinforce ring and result in evenly screen cut.
