Magnesium stearate is a white fine powder with no sand; it has a slight odor; it has a slippery feel when it comes into contact with the skin. This product is insoluble in water, ethanol or ether, and is mainly used as a lubricant, anti-adhesive agent and glidant. It is especially suitable for granulation of oils and extracts, and the prepared granules have good fluidity and compressibility. Used as a flow aid in direct compression. It can also be used as a filter aid, a clarifying agent and a foaming agent, as well as a suspending agent and a thickening agent for liquid preparations.

1.It is a new type of pharmaceutical excipient, which can be used as a film-forming coating material for solid preparations, a thickener for colloidal liquid preparations, a suspension, etc. 2.Used as a heat stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride, a lubricant for ABS, amino resin, phenolic resin and urea-formaldehyde resin, paint additive 3.This product is widely used in food additives, medicine, paint, plastic rubber, textile and other industries, mainly as anti-caking agents, emulsifiers, mold release agents, lubricants, stabilizers, thickeners, accelerators, cosmetic base materials.
 
Application:
 
They are white, fine powder, insoluble in water. When mixed with hot, strong mineral acids, they decomposed into stearic acid and corresponding magnesium salts.They are widely used as lubricants, slipping agents, heat-stabilizers, mould releasing agents and accelerants in plastic, machinery engineering, rubbers, paints and inks industry etc.
