I.Login Window
1.User Login
Double-click icon MulitiView1.0 on the desktop of the controller software to open the login window as (picture 1-1).Select the user name, input auth code, click ok (if validated correct) to log into the main operating interface of the software.For initial installation, the auth code is empty.

2.Login Password Change
If users need to modify the login password, click the "user management" in main interface to open the user management interface as (picture 1-2).
Select the user name which need to be changed in the user list,fill in auth code and repeat code, click "OK" button, If enter the auth code is the same with repeat code,it'll be modified successfully.
After changing login password successfully, users need to input the correct verification code next time.

II.Equipment Connection
1. Click the "connect" button in the main functional areas to open Connect Settings window as (Picture 2-1).

Chose connecting method.1.serial port connection,2.internet connection.Choose connection method and configure corresponding parameters.Click the [ok] button to connect the host (if connected in good condition, it can be smoothly connected).Click "cancel" button exit the connection.
2. The host network address Setting.Click "IP address" in main menu,open the IP address Settings window, such as (Picture 2-2), input the IP address and port number, click on the [ok] button to finish the installation of the host network address.

III.Splicing Operation
1.Function

(picture 3-1)
a.The main interface of splicing controller include the function column on the left and the view column on the right as (picture 3-1).The function column mainly includes signal management, matrix switch, pre-arranged management, and LCD controler.
Signal management bar: this column provides the type and code of signal source.Users can Choose different sources, and operate in the view column on the right.
Matrix switch bar: this bar provides support the operation of Matrix accessed to splicing controller access to the stitching controler.Matrix types including DVI, VGA,RGB,and Video.Users can choose different matrix input/output port to switch the signal
Pre-arranged management:This column support pre-arranged management,operation and switch.
LCD controler:This column supports power on and off function,as well as control the rest of the screen.
2. Signal source management
a.Choose signal management on the left as (picture 3-2).After choosing a signal source, signal source output window can be simulated on the right screen.Properties include window ID, signal source channel number, window size, window location, etc.

b. Change signal source name and group name. Right-click one of the source term and select the "modify the name" in the pop-up menu as picture 3-3.

Open the [rename] window as picture 3-5.Enter the name and click [ok] button.

c. Delete the signal source.Right-click the signal source to be deleted, click delete signal source in the pop-up menu as picture 3-4.Pop-up confirmation window as picture 3-6, click on the button [Yes].

d. Add signal source group.Right-click the blank of signal management as picture 3-13.

3. Matrix Switch
a. Click matrix switch in the function column on the left as picture 3-7, users can switch signal of the host.Chose input and output channel, click the "switch to" button to switch input and output signal.

b. Matrix setting.Please set the matrix before switching matrix signal. Click the "matrix" menu of the main menu to open matrix setting window as picture 3-8. Modify the type and input channel of pre-arranged matrix respectively.It's on the left after modifying.

4. Pre-arranged management
a. Save pre-arranged. The user can save the interface operation.So that it can load, switch, poll when open next time.Click the "save" button in the main menu, open the pre-arrangement window (as shown in picture 3-9), input information as ID and name, click on the [ok] to save the current operation.

 b. Pre-arrangement switch and load.After saving the pre-arrangement,it can be loaded and switched in [Pre-arrnged management] on the left function column as picture 3-10.

c. Delete the pre-arrangement.Right-click the corresponding pre-arrangement to delete it including a single one and all as picture 3-11

a. In LCD Controler,users can realize the control of the screen, including start-up, shutdown and operation as picture 3-12.

IV.VGA property setting
1. Users can adjust the picture deviation and distortion in operation through VGA property setting.Right click the signal source to open the shortcut menu as picture 3-4, choose VGA property to opened window as picture 4-1 to move the picture up and down.

V.Characters overlap
  1. Characters overlap.Sometimes we need to add text information in the corresponding channel such as video source,introduction and label.Right click on the source item and pop-up menu as picture 3-4.Choose the secondary submenu [character overlap]to open the window as picture 5-1, input characters to stack in the signal, and adjust the font.Click ok to show corresponding characters in the output images .

2. Character setting.Right click on the source item of added text, pop-up context menu as picture 3-4.Choose the secondary submenu [Character Setting] to opened the window as picture 5-2.

VI.Splicing image
1. LCD combination and splice setting.
a. Click [splice setting] menu, open the window as picture 6-1 to set the corresponding physical screen combination, screen resolution, refresh rate, etc.Click on the [ok] to finish setting.

2. Splicing image
a. There a two ways to splice the image, one is to drag(hold the left mouse button)in the right simulation screen after selecting a signal source,  on the right side of the screen to drag (hold the left mouse button) as picture 6-2.

The other way is to hold the left mouse button and drag source to the specified window.When the signal source change into a rectangle shadow with the mouse, drag it to the specified location on the right simulation screen and release the mouse. Then draw windows within a specified screen.A screen can contain four windows at most.
3. Image operation.
a. Remove the image.Click on a image with the left mouse button and drag the mouse.Specified image will follow the mouse, release the mouse at the specified location.
b. Change the image size.When the mouse moved to the edge of the window,it will change into a two-way arrow, hold the left mouse button, drag the mouse, to the size of the need and release the mouse.
c. Make the images full-screen, local maximum, reduction, closed operation.At the top-right of screen window,from left to right are respectively reduction, local maximum, full screen, close button as picture 6-3.

Click on the corresponding button, restore the image to its original size, local maximum, full screen, and close the screen window as picture 6-4 full screen, (6-5) local maximum.

d. Right-click of the mouse to find the shortcut menu to operate image window.Operating the image can also be realized by assigning the window by right button of the mouse, and chose the corresponding action items in the shortcut menu to realize the maximization, close, reduction and local maximum of screen window as picture 6-6

4.Signal Switch
a. Double-click the signal source to switch.Double-click the signal source in signal source management to switch output window.
b. Right click to switch signal source.Specified by right button of mouse, then pop-up short-cut menu as picture 6-7, and chose one signal source to realize switching of assigned window.

V. Troubleshooting and Precautions
5.1 Precautions
  1. Power: Please use the single-phase three-wire power supply (with protective earth), and to ensure the same protection, do not defeat the ground pin.
  2. Hot plug: Do not hot plug interface connections, in order to avoid breakdown circuit (Note: plug equipment damage is not covered under warranty).
3) Environment: dust, moisture, heat, anti-drop and other matters.
4) Maintenance: All repairs should be referred to qualified service personnel. Never attempt to repair equipment, to prevent the risk of electric shock, do not open the lid.
5.2, Troubleshooting
In the event of the following questions, please make the appropriate checks:
  1. When the splice of the connected peripheral image ghosting, ghosting as projector equipment is not generally a problem,The projector may be not properly adjusted or wire quality standards caused by impedance mismatch of the signal to produce secondary or multiple reflections,Respond to the projector corresponding button mediation or replace wire.
  2.  When the serial RS232 (generally refers to the computer serial port) can not control when the splice,Check that the control software set communication port and the connected device corresponding to the serial communications port to check your computer is good.
4) If the splicer input and output signals can be switched, but not BB sound may be turned off buzzer or the host software internal buzzer is broken, please send professional maintenance.
5) If the POWER indicator does not light and no response, it may be abnormal power supply:
A. Check for blown fuses;
B. Check the power plug is bad or disconnect the power cord.
6) A road image exists textured, water ripples, low frequency jitter interference possible signal line ground is bad.
7) Multiple images exist textured, water ripples, shake glitches there may interfere with the ground system, the ground system is connected to the earth.
8) When the stitcher plug interface, if you feel there is a significant static, it is possible to supply the ground is not connected with the earth properly, please contact,Doing so can damage the device shortens the life of the host.
