Summary
Pneumatic double diaphragm ceramic gate valve is mainly applied to the pipeline of feeding and discharging system for dry power. Not only selecting the toughening ceramic as sealing material, but also applying the valve disc auto-rotate structure and self-sealing structure realized by spring flexible autofrettage pressure.So that the sealing surface within the dry power get even wear when the valve is opened and closed frequently, which guarantee the high sealing performance of the valve and the long work life .
Function
This valve is mainly used in the ash conveying pipeline system of thermal power plant, paper industry ,steel industry and coal chemical industry as the opening and closing element.
The applicable medium is :dry ash,dust ,lime-ash etc.
The working pressure of this valve :0.6MPa~1.6MPa,
Working temperature : <180ºC,
Air supply pressure :0.4MPa~0.6MPa.
This valve is installed horizontally, and the non-sealing face is installed downward.
