No-valve Filter:FLNV series filter is mainly for siphon principle, regular automatic flushing, no need backwashing for the water pump and partial valves.It is used widely in the surface water purification, the ground water filtering iron and manganese, side-dtream filtration, the production wastewater filtering aerosol impurity, the further filtration for the organic sewage after biochemistry processing and secondary sedimentation pond filtration. It is one kind of ideal water-treating equipment.
The raw water is sent from the inlet pipe to the filter tank, filtering from the top downward after the filter media layer. The clear water pours from the communicating pipe into the water tank to store. When the water tank is full, the water enters the reservoir of clean water through the outlet pipe, the filter media layer temporarily stops the suspension unceasingly. Creating the filter media layer resistance gradual increase, thus urges in the siphon the water level to elevate unceasingly. When the water level reaches the nozzle of subsidiary siphon The water falls from the subsidiary siphon. The air in the siphon vertical pipe is carried off by exhaust tube. Then the water in the water pipe will be the filtration from-top-to-down, backwashing to filter media. When the water in the water tank drops to the siphon destroying tube, then the air enters the siphon, and backwashing is finished. Then another working period happenes.Operational requirements:
(A) loading filter:
