Brief Introduction of Equipment
          The filter press is divided into a plate and frame filter press and a chamber filter press. It is an intermittent pressure filter device used for the solid-liquid separation of various suspensions. Press tightly, and then press the suspension material pump into the filter chamber, through the filter cloth to achieve the purpose of separating solid particles and liquid materials. The whole machine has simple structure, better separation effect, convenient use and wide application range. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, food, alcohol, inorganic salt, coal washing, dye and sewage treatment, etc. field.
Our company produces various types of chamber and frame filter presses, hydraulic filter presses, membrane filter presses, automatic filter presses and filter press accessories, with reliable quality and complete specifications.
1. Specifications are: 320 type, 450 type, 630 type, 800 type, 1000 type, 1250 type, 1500 type, 2000 type and so on.
2. The maximum filtering area is 2000 square meters.
3. The filter plate material is divided into cast iron, rubber, reinforced polypropylene, glass fiber polypropylene and so on.
4. There are many types of liquid flow, such as open flow, undercurrent, washable, non-washable, medium feed, angular feed, etc.
5. The compression method of the filter plate includes manual screw compression, electromechanical compression and hydraulic cylinder compression.
The filter press with special requirements can be resolved through negotiation.
Program-controlled Automatioc Filter Press
       This model equipped with PLC control, can conduct many operations( such as plates' compression, drip plates close and open, loose plates, pull plates), and left the remote control interface, to remote automatic operation control.

MEMBRANCE FILTER PRESS
The filter chamber composed by the diaphragm plates and van filter plates, the slurry enter into
the filter chamber under the pressure of pump, the liquid and solid are separated by the filter cloth.
When the solid in the slurry became cakes, infuse air into the diaphragm, the solid in the filter
chamber will be squeezed secondly, the moisture content will be more reduced.
