NanHai-Ship Launching Airbag, among the earliest manufacturers of ship airbags, has led and innovated ship launching

NanHai-Ship Launching Airbag can be used to launch and upgrade a ship up to 100,000DWT. Comparing to the traditional slipway launching method, the ship launching airbags are much environmental, because ship airbag can launch a ship at any seaside, so there's no need to worry about the construction of launching facilities; besides, the marine airbag need little maintenance and can be used repeatedly.
THE STRUCTURE OF NANHAI-MARINE AIRBAG
NanHai-Marine Airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or more Synthetic-Tyre-Cord layers, and an inner rubber layer.
The arrangement of Synthetic-Tyre-Cord reinforcement layers is showed below. All materials shall be vulcanized firmly.

1. Q: I have a ship need to do launching and landing, I want to use ship airbags, but how can I choose
the airbag size and what other equipments needed.
A: We will give you the professional solution for ship launching. Pls let me know the ship size and weight, we can suggest the best size for you based on the budget .
Besides the airbags, we can provide any equipments that are need druring the ship launching or salvage, including rope or rope net, winch, rubber tube and air compressor machine, etc.
2. Q: How can the rubber airbags can load thousands tons ships when launching.
A:Our airbags are made by 54% natural rubber and use special synthetic-tire-cord layer(tire) material.
It is high kneading and compressing resistance, extend its lifespan to 10years. The heavier the ship, the more airbags needed.
3. Q: How to use marine airbags to salvage ship: what equipments are needed to install / securing / inflate the air bags(for salvage)?
A: You will need diver to go under the water(install); and tie our deflated airbags with rope or net to
the bottom of your ship(securing);then inflate the airbag with air compression machine linked by
rubber hose on the land(inflate ).
