)Design principles:
Under the action of the high-speed emulsifying head, the raw material will be attracted to pass through the narrow gap in the center of the emulsified head, and at the same time a strong circulating water flow will be formed in the pot, and the positive and negative effects of the center wing and the outer slow stirring wing will be added. Produce strong shearing force, impact force and dispersion, make raw material obtain sufficient crushing, mixing, emulsifying and homogenizing, effectively increase product stability.
The high speed emulsifying head and the design of slow mixing wing not only can achieve high efficiency mixing effect, but also make the product homogenized, the raw material is completely mixed, and there is no stirring dead angle. The stirring wing device has a blade made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can adjust the angle with the rotation of the stirring wing, and can scrape off the products attached to the inner wall and bottom. This action can avoid overheating or under cooling of the wall of the pot, and achieve faster heat exchange effect, balance the product temperature and shorten the manufacturing time.
- Product advantages:
- The upper part of the machine is a frame-type scraping stirring, the upper head and oar can be lifted, and the bottom is an internal and external circulation emulsifying device.
- The better effect can be obtained by mixing the upper part with multiple wings and mixing the material with sufficient emulsification and stirring.
- At the same time, because of the bottom type emulsifying device, the function is more extensive, the bottom homogenization head is short from the bottom of the pot, and the emulsifying convection impact force is strong, the product can be quickly particulate and achieve better glossiness.
- Because the direction of emulsified convection is from top to bottom, it is not easy to produce bubbles.
- If the oil phase of the product is less, the mixing effect can be played more, and the emulsifying time will be shortened, which will make the product structure more stable.
- When using such equipment, large quantities of production can be produced without the limitation of up to 1/3 capacity.
