243 is a double carded nonwoven production line developed by JinYi. Because it has a double carding process, this production line produces a highly uniform nonwoven. In addition, because of the double carding process, it has a lower requirement for opening and blending equipment and raw materials, thus this production line usually requires less investment.

This double carded production line is suitable for the production of many types of nonwovens. Our customers use it for the production of sanitary coversheet, filter, thermal insulation material, soundproof material, etc.
