Metallized film (VMPET) is a silver color reflective film that is plated by aluminum layer on the film surface in vacuum condition which makes it high barrier resistance of oxygen and water vapor. It has glossy metallic appearance of an aluminum foil at a reduced weight and cost that can be widely used for packaging, decoration, insulation and electronics.

  

PE coated metallized PET film is the film that PE granule melted at high temperature and coated on the surface of metallized PET film. It can be hot melted and stick to other materials like EPE foam, bubble film etc.

 

Main feature:

1. Corrosion resistance is greatly improved: The surface of glass fiber cloth aluminum foil has been treated with a special anticorrosive coating, which greatly improves the corrosion resistance. At the same time, the polyethylene hot air sticking method is used, and no compound adhesive is needed, which eliminates the hidden danger of corrosion and mildew on the aluminum foil surface caused by the residual water or solvent in the compounding process.

2. Direct hot-pressing compounding eliminates the need for compound adhesives and saves the cost of veneer compounding.
