Product Description

232 is a classic through-air bonded production line developed independently by JinYi. It is commonly used for manufacturing coversheet, absorbent layer and acquisition/distribution layer in hygienic products, and it is also widely used for the production of various filtration materials.


232 through-air bonded production line is used to process ES (Ethylene-Propylene Side by Side) fibers. It is composed of two polymer materials, PP and PE, with PP as the core of the structure and PE as the bonding material wrapped around PP. After being evenly heated by 9611's thermal bonding process, the PE will melt and bond with each other, thus completing the web-bonding process, while the PP will keep its original structure and form the support structure of the web because of its higher melting point.

Rotary Through-Air Bonding Machine
9611 Flat Through-Air Bonding Machine is a classic thermal bonding product developed by JinYi. 9611 uses negative pressure penetration and internal circulation heating method to make the heated air penetrate the web when the web passes through the rotary, so that the fibers are evenly heated and is bonded at every intersection between fibers.

Compared to 961 (rotary through-air bonding machines), the 9611 can effectively process higher density fabrics and have higher production speed because of its larger size and length. The design of the 9611 makes it easy to adjust the thickness and softness of the result product.
