POM abbreviates as polyformaldehyde and is a material that is commonly used in mechanical parts. It also called POM. POM features high strength, high stiffness, flexibility and good wear-resistance, with excellent mechanical property.
Machining of parts can be completed by CNC precision machine tool. We have more than 20 sets CNC equipments available, with 2 million production value each month. With the drawings offered by customer and the result of graphic processing program, proper engagement of cutting edge and feed value will be given for precise cutting.
POM finds its wide application in producing of various types of sliding mechanical parts and rotating mechanical parts such as wheel gear, levers, pulley, chain wheel. It is preferably suitable for bearing, hot water valve, precise metering valve, link and roller for conveyor, flow meter, car inside and outside handles, crank and other window turning machines. It also applied in oil pump bearing seat, impeller gas switching valve, electronic switching parts, fasteners, terminal specular mask, electric fan parts, heating plate, instrument button and bearing for audio tape and video tape. It can be used for various types of pipe system and agricultural irrigation system, valves, sprayers, faucets and bath basin parts as well as buttons, blank tape reels, temperature controlled timer, power tools, garden tool parts. In addition, It can also be used as parts for surfing board, sailboat and sled, watch miniature gear, frames for sport equipments and buckle for backpack, fastener, lighter, zipper and buckles. In medical apparatus and instruments, it finds its application in cardiac pacemakers, artificial cardiac valve, apical vertebral and prosthesis.
