4.Counting stacking Part:   With PLC programmable controller and touch screen digital control, the operation is simple, the action is reliable, input data without stopping, automatic counting, automatic stacking and regular output.    The main motor of the counting unit can be adjusted by frequency conversion, and the starting speed is stable and reliable. Cartons are conveyed by belt with neat stacking at speeds of 0-140 m/min.

Striking  cartons  with  beating  boards  has  the  function  of  rectifying deviation, and the deviation is very small.

Counting  and  putting  forward  adopt  pneumatic  mode,  PLC  point control, reliable action, accurate and fast.
