Main performance characteristics:

Advanced testing principle:

This instrument uses the principle of dynamic light scattering and photon correlation spectroscopy technology to determine the particle size according to the Brownian motion speed of the particles in the liquid. The Brownian motion speed of small particles is fast, and the Brownian motion speed of large particles is slow. When the laser beam is irradiated on the moving particles, the scattered light of a certain angle (this instrument uses 90 degrees) changes dynamically with time, and the speed of the change is related to the Brownian motion speed of the particles in the liquid. The photon correlation spectroscopy method is adopted. The dynamic scattering spectrum is analyzed by statistics and related operations, and the particle size is calculated according to the Stokes-Einstein equation.


High sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio:

Using the HAMAMATSU professional high-performance photomultiplier tube (PMT) with low dark count and high sensitivity as the detector, it has extremely high sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio to photon signals, thereby ensuring high accuracy and high resolution of test results.


Very high resolving power and super computing function:

Using PCS technology to determine the size of nano-particles must be able to distinguish nanosecond signal fluctuations. The core component of this instrument is a high-speed photon correlator developed by an application specific integrated circuit ASIC. It has a very high resolution of 6ns and a very high signal processing speed. It can quickly collect the number of photons and calculate related operations in real time, laying a foundation for testing accuracy.


Stable light path system:

The photon correlation spectrum detection system built by the combination of thermostatically controlled high-power semiconductor laser and optical fiber makes it not only small in size, but also has strong anti-interference ability and stability, ensuring repeated and stable test results.


Dual-wavelength laser:

Any sample has specific light-absorbing properties, and it is difficult for a single-wavelength laser to accurately measure particles that absorb light at this wavelength. The 1901S dual-wavelength laser can perfectly measure all samples, and the dual-wavelength can be switched freely.


High-precision temperature control system:

The accuracy of the sample cell temperature control system and the laser temperature control system is as high as ±0.1ºC, so that the tested sample and the laser light source are in a constant temperature state during the entire test process, avoiding the influence of temperature changes on the test results and ensuring the test Accuracy and repeatability.


Super powerful analysis software:

The inversion algorithm in the analysis software adopts the cumulative quantity method recommended by international standards and the more common non-negative least squares (NNLS) and Contin. The test results are in good agreement with similar products of international authority;


The test is accurate and stable:
