Original design.
The new generation of robots HSR-BR series robots break the traditional movement method and carry out the unique innovative design currently in the world. On the basis of the universal six-axis robot, the BR series robots add internal rotation function, which enables the long arm of robot can easily perform connection or handling between small spaces or workstations such as the drill center. The robot has a small footprint, and its movement doesn't occupy external space.
High speed.
With innovative structure, the robot body is light in weight and has a small inertia. Under the combination of the high-speed motor and the internal rotation function, rapid stamping and CNC loading and unloading can be achieved. The standard handling time for 1800mm spacing can be controlled within 3s.
The arm is long and can be customized.
4 models are mass produced with repeatability lower than ±0.05mm, payload 9kg, 6kg, 4kg, 2kg, and arm length 1042mm, 1222mm, 1402mm, 1762mm. We provide customized arm length for large order.
Cost-effective.
Compared with the robot with the same level of payload and arm, the performance is better and the price is more affordable.
