Notice Both resin and hardener should be kept from air, therefore the package should be well and tightly sealed. The surfaces to be bonded should be dry, clean without any grease, dust or other contaminant. Polishing for metals or application of epoxy primer under certain special situation would enhance the adhesion strength. Processing The resin and hardener should be well stirred before mixing. Make sure mix resin and hardener in right ratio in order to get excellent mechanical and chemical properties. After mixing, the product should be used up in pot life. Curing could be performed at room temperature or higher temperature, which would accelerate the curing process. Higher temperature or more curing time would improve the adhesion strength. Cleaning Uncured adhesive can be removed by exclusively cleaner, while the cured adhesive can only be removed by mechanical methods.
