MGW-5000 Static Strand anchorage and coupler capacity testing machine is specially designed for anchorage and coupler capacity test.

This machine is specially used for static load anchorage performance test of steel strand clamps and anchorages. The static anchorage performance of the anchorage is determined by the efficiency coefficient of the prestressed tendon measured by the static load test of the steel strand anchorage assembly η A and the total strain of the prestressed tendon when the measured ultimate tensile force is reached ε APU confirmed.

3.1. Host system
The structure of the testing machine is shown in the figure below: the main machine adopts a four column horizontal structure, the test force is applied by a hollow jack, the force is measured by a hollow sensor, the single steel strand is pre tightened by a front card jack, the electric oil pump is loaded, and the manual valve is loaded. The sensor is removed separately for calibration. The wire type photoelectric encoder measures the stroke of the hollow jack.

3.2. Measurement of internal shrinkage △ A and clip displacement △ B
When the tension equipment is used to pull to 10% of the standard value of tensile strength fptk of steel strand, measure l0 and the stroke L1 of piston jack, measure dimensions a and B, and when the prestress reaches 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% of the standard value fptk of tensile strength, measure △ A and △ B respectively. The △ A and △ B of qualified anchorage shall be proportional to the stress increment.

The measuring system is designed by computer plug-in card. It has compact structure and powerful function. In the test, it can collect the test data (force and displacement) in real time, display the force time, force displacement, displacement time and other curves, process the data, distinguish the characteristic points, and store, query, analyze the curve and print the test report.
