STEP1: Requirement Collection: 1-3 DAYS
We will establish a product development team to discuss your requirements, such as vaporizer form, color, material, tank volume, battery size, as well as your brand identity, D8/D9/CBD oil thickness.

STEP2: Engineering 3-7 DAYS
After confirming the feasibility of the products, we proceed to the engineering phase, which consists of two major works: industrial design and mechanical design. Once you approved the industrial design, our mechanical engineer will proceed to design the internal structure.

STEP3: Prototyping 2-7 DAYS
We will make the prototype samples and send it to you for your approval. To test the concept.

STEP4: Project Kickoff 20-28 DAYS
After you approve the prototype, we will kick off the project officially. Meanwhile, a project management team will work out a full schedule to cover the whole process from making the mold to mass production.

STEP5: Pre-production verification 7-10 DAYS
Before mass production, we will conduct serval validation tests to make sure the products adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety standards.

STEP6: Mass production 21-28 DAYS
Once got your final approval, we will begin mass production and it usually takes 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on the orders volume.
