CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) Lantern Ring

The CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) lantern ring has the ability to withstand the corrosion of hot alkali, chlorine and hypochlorous alkali above 60-90ºC, and its structural gap is uniform, with small fluid resistance, low pressure drop, large flow, and specific gravity of the pile. It also has the advantages of good gas-liquid distribution and contact, small channel flow and wall flow trend, etc., the effect of excellent mass transfer good performance and large application.
Our CPVC lantern ring is made of ellipsoid-shaped packing, two layers of circular loops twisted in the form of filaments, and added a reinforcing rib in the middle part, which greatly increases the compressive strength of the lantern ring. At the same time, except the general advantages of large energy and pressure reduction, the ring also has a higher liquid holding capacity , which can make the residence time of the liquid in the tower longer, also increasing the contact between the gas and liquid phases. The excellent chlor-alkali resistance, CPVC lantern ring also has excellent chlorine resistance and good mechanical strength ,and it will not deform under high temperature (100°C) and high pressure.
Compared with ceramic packing and structured packing, to solve the problem of corrosion or oxidation, the product is widely used in caustic soda and chlor-alkali industries.
