Description

DZJ series dipping machine is a special equipment for wax casting in the investment casting industry. The machine is small in size, adopts the rotation of the pulp barrel, and the L-shaped stirring plate is fixed. The stirring is fast and the noise is low. Dipping slurry is easy to operate, safe and reliable, and significantly improves the working environment.

Structure description

 1.  The pulp barrel of this machine is made of stainless steel, and the oval of the pulp barrel is not greater than <=2mm.

 Electrical control

 The electric control adopts the comprehensive protection of the motor comprehensive protector, and the operation is simple and reliable, and the maintenance is more convenient.  (Note: The internal current adjustment knob must be adjusted according to the power requirements in order to play a protective role)

 Equipment use and maintenance

 1. It should be ensured that the pulp barrel is concentric with the rotary axis, and the offset of the pulp barrel can be adjusted by the adjusting screw on the rotary disc.
 2. Check and adjust the side gap and bottom gap of the L-shaped paddle and the barrel, and there must be no rubbing between the two.
 3. Press the green or red button on the starter (green start, red stop) and observe whether the rotation direction of the pulp drum is correct.
 4. Inject the slurry into the bucket, the height of the slurry surface should be 3 to 5 cm away from the upper edge of the bucket.  When mixing the slurry, it should be kept running at all times to prevent the slurry from sinking and damaging the L-shaped stirring plate.

 Maintenance of electrical parts

 1. When checking the electrical, the power supply of the dip machine must be completely disconnected from the circuit.
 2. The coil of the motor must not be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene.
 3. The appearance of the electromagnetic starter should be kept clean.
 Seven, equipment handling and installation
 When transporting the equipment, do not tilt it excessively, and do not cause impacts or severe vibrations.
 The machine is installed without feet, the axis of the pulp barrel should be perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
 After the device is installed, wipe the inside and outside of the device clean.

Matters needing attention

 1. Do not start the equipment when the slurry is hardened or the powder particles are not broken, so as to avoid the skew of the stirring blade or damage the drive, motor and other mechanisms.
 2. If there is an overload, it should be used after starting after troubleshooting.
 3. When the inner wall of the pulp bucket is agglomerated, it should be cleaned at any time.
