Airflow-Softflow Multifunction Fabric Dyeing Machine
Technology Details:
(1) Multifunction of Airflow, Softflow and Air&water Mixing flow:
Flexible option for different fabric to achieve superior dyeing, energy saving and benefit maximizing.
(2) Extreme low energy consumption:
Liquor Ratio as low as 1 : 2-3, saving 30% water, 30% steam, 50% electric and 40% working-time compared to traditional machine, in the meantime reduce the labor cost and pollution treatment cost.
(3) Super capacity:
Up to 450KG per tube and be able to load 18 pieces fabric in a single tube, effectively reduce cost and factory space.
(4) High Even Dying Rate:
Special design of dosing system and main pump circulation system guarantee the even dyeing and avoid shading defects in high capacity loading.
(5) High Automatic Configuration:
Equipped with cooking-rinsing system, high temperature-rinsing system, flow-metering rinsing system, fabric speed automatic regulator, temperature optimizing system, and multilevel dosing and mixing system.
