Since all antibacterial agents are covalently bonded to the fiber molecules, the antibacterial substance does not follow the fiber molecules Dissolves in the medium, so it is highly resistant to washing.

[Application range]
1. Suitable for antibacterial finishing of cotton, wool, polyester / cotton, viscose and other fabrics.
2. Suitable for antibacterial finishing of polyester, nylon, acrylic and other chemical fiber fabrics.

[Instructions]
Processing method: Processing methods such as dipping, padding, brushing, spraying, spraying, foaming finishing can be used.
Reference dosage: 1% -3% (o.w.f.) The specific dosage is adjusted according to the requirements of the treated fabric and processing method.
Reference process:
Padding process 10-30g / L (Rolling rate of 70-100%)
130-170 ºC × 30-60s drying and setting
Dipping  process 1%-3% (o.w.f.) pH 5.5-6.5
Water ratio 1: 8-15 40 ºC * 20-30 minutes → dehydration and drying (setting)
