AHZJ-12KV post insulator (FN5) is formed by vacuum casting of epoxy tree branch at one time, which has a good insulation effect, which is equivalent to the FN5 post insulator. The product is mainly used in 10KV switchgear, the size is Φ65×140(130)mm. Products with special requirements, specifications and dimensions that need to be improved can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
Normal Use Environmental Conditions
1. The altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, and the altitude of the prototype does not exceed 3000 meters;
2. The ambient temperature is between -10ºC~+40ºC, and the daily average temperature does not exceed 30ºC;
3. The daily average relative temperature does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average relative temperature does not exceed 90%;
4. There is no obvious dust, smoke, corrosive or flammable gas, steam and salt mist pollution in the surrounding air;
5. There should be no frequent vibration and severe bumps in the installation site;
6. The product can run under frost and grade pollution conditions.
