Connect to the main power, the LED light, then you can choose high voltage, low voltage or wait time then press BY-PASS WAIT to remember.

If wait time is long, press the BY-PASS WAIT button to by pass it.

Default: Low voltage:140V; High voltage:250V; Wait time: 15secs

When voltage is higher or lower than normal voltage(140V-250V) ,the power will be cut off automatically.
