Jarrow Formulas Flax Seed Oil Softgels provide the highest quality cold pressed linseed oil. This product is available in a wide range of omega-3 fatty acids, alpha-linolenic acid (18:3n-3). Flaxseed oil is extracted from organically grown flaxseed and is cold pressed to prevent overheating of long-chain fatty acids. This product is protected from light and oxygen during extraction and encapsulation.

Jarrow Formulas Flaxseed oil is an organic, unrefined linseed oil that contains all the natural ingredients of fresh linseed oil.

Suggested use

Take one soft capsule daily for up to 3 times a day, preferably with a full meal, or as directed by a medical professional.

Soft capsules consist of bovine gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
