Best Seasoning for Pork
Features:
Boiled meat slices with chili oil seasoning is savory dish in Sichuan. It is bright in color, spicy and fragrant, tender and delicious.

Cooking Instruction
1. Cook 200g vegetables well and put them in a bowl.
2. Salt 200g cleaned meat slices with starch and yellow wine for 3-5 minutes for preparation.
3. Heat 80g vegetable oil and fry the seasoning till the fragrance gives out, add 300g water or soup and boiling 1-2 minutes.
4. Take the prepared meat slices in the pot and cook well, then take all in the bowl. Sprinkle a bag of spicy powder onto the meat.
