The manufacture processing as follow:

Packing and delivery

Inside: wraped with the protective film;

Middle: packed with vacuum bubble;

Outside: cartons or wooden boxes.

1. Domestic transport packaging:

For short distance domestic delivery, using stable carton packaging.

2. International transport packaging:

Except delivery of sample with stable carton packaging, all products are packed in wooden boxes, to ensure the safety of the products in transportation.

Q: Do you have any warranty for the products ?

A: Yes,  for LED light 3 years warranty, 2 years warranty for entire products.

Q: Are you factory / manufacture?

A: Yes, we are manufacturer in shanghai, cover an area with 2000 SQM and 300 workers.

Q: What services do you provide ?

A: We provide designing, prototype/ sample making, producing , shipping, door to door service
