PET /PP/PE washing line Process Introduction:

We develop continous steam washer with the latest technology from the traditional steam washer used by the domestic counterparts. Control system adopts PLC,and the electrical applications adopt the imported brands,we can also import the main parts to have the features "european technology and china manufacturing " according to the customers request.

Process:-> Bale opener -> Coarse filter -> Label Remover -> Crusher -> Washing tank -> Dewatering -> Dry system -> Label separator
