Working ProcessDescription of the process flow of molybdenum ore beneficiation:
1. Molybdenum ore is coarsely crushed by a jaw crusher, and then crushed to a reasonable fineness by a fine-jaw crusher, and then sent to the silo by a hoist.
2. The ore is evenly fed into the ball mill by the feeder, and the ore is ground by the ball mill.
3. The ground ore fines enter the spiral classifier. The spiral classifier uses the principle of different specific gravity of solid particles and different sedimentation speeds in the liquid to clean and classify the ore mixture.
4. After passing through the mixing tank, it is sent to the flotation machine for flotation operation. According to different mineral characteristics, different corresponding flotation reagents are added. In the flotation machine, the bubbles and mineral particles are dynamically collided and the bubble particles are combined statically to separate the required minerals from other substances. Conducive to the separation of fine-grained or fine-grained molybdenum ore.
5. Use a high-efficiency thickener to remove the water in the mineral concentrate after flotation to reach the national standard.
