The product consists of microplate coated with genetically engineered ASFV recombinant antigen and HRP-labeled antibody and other reagents. It uses the principle of indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect ASFV antibodies in pig serum or plasma. Used for auxiliary diagnosis of African swine fever.
