Dryer Fabric 
In the dryer section, the paper sheet travels around large-diameter heated cylinders, where remaining water is removed by evaporation. Dryer fabrics hold the sheet in close contact with the cylinders through the dryer section. Dryer fabrics must be heat resistant, rugged, and designed for both drying efficiently and evenly. Dryer fabrics can last much longer than forming and pressing fabrics normally from 6 to 18 months.

Function
The main function of the dryer fabric is to improve the contact between the paper and the dryer in the process of guiding the wet paper through the drying section, so as to obtain high output, low energy consumption and give the paper good performance.

Maintanence
If the paper pulp contains a large amount of waste paper, then the clean lines of the dry web is very important. Some impurities can adhere to the dry web so that the ability to evaporate water is limited.Make the paper web thinner and even appears paper holes. It is recommended to clean it in time with high pressure or with professional cleaning equipment.

Usage
Generally, the drying part of the paper machine adopts a double-row drying cylinder arrangement.The upper and lower drying cylinders are equipped with a dry screen, it will presses the paper against the surface of the drying cylinder and leads the paper runs around the dryer.By using the temperature of the dryer to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the paper, and then takes the wet air away with natural ventilation or necessary mechanical ventilation, so the paper is dried.
