CGF washing, filling ,capping 3 in 1 unit is a new type equipment, which base on years' usual practice and adopt the advanced technology,and absorb many clients' views .
It meets the client's requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient.
It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing,drying ,filling,covering,capping by order automatically.
It is impossible to cover lids when the bottles are't up to the limited level, or don't arrive to the limited possible, or to adjust the speed freely, for it employs the advanced PLC system and frequency conversion and speed control system.
The function of touching the screen enables the operation easier and faster.

Characteristics:
1. The carbonated water liquid filling machine adopts the negative pressure filling which
we specifically design for filling,it ensures minimal loss of CO2 from the product
2. The carbonated water liquid filling machine is advanced, pithy and rational and the driving and up down
transmission is located between the stainless steel working plat and the bracket and their waterproof is good, sanitary and credible and adjusting and maintaining are very easy.
3. We design the filling valves on basis of foreign advanced technique for adapting highspeed hot filling. It can ensure the valves open and close flexibly because of using guide sheath.Adopting easy fixed configuration, the valve is easy to cleaning promptly and has automatic
cleaning function.
4. The filling operation of carbonated soft drink machine is faster and more stable because the
new type micro pressure filling system is adopted
